I have a netgear FA310TX that works flawlessly @ 100MHz FSB.I have a surf board SB-3100 cable modem and Road Runner for a ISP. When I o`clock past this bus speed the card hangs up.I have the latest drivers Installed.I think the PCI bus speed increase is causing this, any ideas.jc

You answered your own question. The NIC doesn't want to be OCed.
