Here is the situation. NT4 server with PPTP installed. 2K clients working. Not perfect but they work marginally. It is the 98 machines that I have the problems with. VPN adapter installed which automatically installs the NDISWAN protocol wrapper. Setup regular dialup to internet connection, and went through the second dialup setup choosing the VPN adapter. After connecting to internet dialup, double click the VPN icon. Type in user name and password with IP in the connect to window. Initializes (says dialing which is wack) and sits there. Some activity in the DUN icon in the systray but never connects to the VPN server. NDISWAN in the network control panel applet has one tab (bindings) and nothing listed to choose from. VPN adapter has one tab (also bindings) with NDISWAN checked. Tried removing all properties and reinstalling a few times and checked everything there is to check. Not a rookie, but I am missing something. Any ideas
