I have little network at the house using a X-over and two NIC's. I will be moving the 2 PC upstairs and have a question. I will be installing The RJ-45 jacks on the wall to plug the cables into. Do I need to run a X-over from Jack to Jack, And the run standard cable from Jack to Nic or Do I need to run X-over form Jack to Jack and X-over from Jack to Nic. Thanks for all the help.

you only need a cross-over at one end

I already have the cross over pulled through the walls. Do I just need to connect it to the jacks keeping the cross over wiring scheme then run standard cat5 patch cables from each jack to the Nic's or do I still need to run 1 Cross over from 1 of the jacks to the Nic.

you should be able to run regular patch cables from the jack to yout comp. because the cable will still send the info from the cross over in that order

I'd wouldn't cross over your wall outlets. If you do, when you upgrade to a hub system you'll have to pull the outets out of the wall and un-cross them. Just use a standard patch cable to connect PC#1 to the wall jack and a cross-over cable to connect PC#2 to the wall jack.
