What protocols are running on the network. If you're using TCP/IP you're home and dry. I've never done it - but I know there are TCP/IP stacks for Mac so that shouldn't be a problem!

Ollie blubomber 06-27-2000, 01:52 AM Where i work, we are using 2 Novell 4.2 servers and one NT server which has exchange on it and is used just for mail. The Novell servers are for storing files and such. There are two Mac G3 computers that are not hooked up to the network but i wanted to know how to get them hooked up to the network. Anyone know how to do it? a Bill 06-27-2000, 06:38 PM Macs handle networking rather well. As to file sharing with other operating systems, I have only set up Macs to talk to NT boxes. I used a program called DAVE to do that. It was a cakewalk. TCP/IP is set up on the fly too or you can use DHCP. SysOpt.com
