need proxy that could handle more than only one internet conection

I have a satelit connection for incoming data only and dialup for outgoing data.

now I want to share the internet with the other computers from lan.

But I dont need simple proxy. I want my computer to become something like router.
Because some sites cant be opened through sat or are very very slow. I want ptoxy that could be configured in the following way:
example: hotmail, yahoo and local sites (bulgaria) to use modem at all for sending and receiving data, all other sites to use modem just for sending request and satellite for receiving (downloading http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif )

so what proxy or other software could I use for doing it?

till now I had only dialup connection and I was using avirt gateway for proxy. But now I should use something more advanced.

If you can afford it, get Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0, which only runs on NT Server 4.0+. This has the ability to use multiple connections and should do the job.
