I have cox@home, but I am not using their software as I connect with Linux. All works well, but I am wanting to change my email password, manage my account, etc. Could someone tell me the url to go to in order to do these things. The info they gave me doesn't say. It assumes you have their software loaded which takes you there automatically.

http://www/ is what I use for Intermedia@home. I don't use any of their software either. That should bring you to a exite@home page or a configuration page. From there you will have to choose member services.

Here is their user guide. http://www.cox.com/Service/CoxatHome/UserGuide/default.asp?c=main.asp&

This looks like where you need to go here. (https://ms2.home.net/Users/index10.htm)

I know the link does not look right with https but that is the window that opened up from this page. http://www.cox.com/Service/CoxatHome/UserGuide/AtHm_email_setup_acct.asp

What a trip I can log in and I am not with Cox@home! I guess @home is @home.

Thanks. I got in and was able to change my email address. That is strange that they don't even bother to tell you that info. I guess they just assume everyone will be using their software.

If you look in your @home folder you should have a file with the name httpstart.out or something. it is just a text file. by looking @ it I found this (http://www/download) a while ago.
