I have a user who has a NT Workstation and she has a HP LaserJet 4000 TN in her office. It's hooked up directly to the network and shared to everyone but she's the only one that uses it.
For some strange reason, about a week ago she was unable to print anything in Excel in Landscape orientation. Even when previewing a spreadsheet that was set to print in landscape it was displayed in portrait. I setup the printer on another user's PC and she was able to preview and print in landscape just fine. Any suggestions or ideas???
Our network is a complete NT 4.0 network, servers and workstations.
