I've posted about this problem on multiple forums and newsgroups and no one can seem to figure it out. I've also emailed Tech support at Linksys twice... no response. Hopefully someone here has some ideas. Here goes...
I recently installed a Linksys DSL/Cable router. I have three computers on the network. Since I put in the router, one of my machines which is running a game server constantly kicks people off of it giving them the message "Invalid packet". Sometimes it even crashes their software. I've spoken with other people who have the same or similar problems with various online games. I can connect to my server with no problem since I'm behind the firewall, but if I connect to someone else's server I usually get dropped from it after anywhere from a few seconds to an hour or so. I usually get the message "Server went down" even though the server was fine.
I have all the latest firmware upgrades and drivers. If anyone has ANY ideas I would greatly appreciate hearing them! Thanks in advance and sorry I was so long!
