Can you help me identify a song?

I hope someone can help me identify a song. The only problem is that I can't make out the lyrics. I have never heard the complete song, but it occurs on the theatrical trailer for the movie "Teaching Mrs. Tingle". If you happen to own the DVD, the song starts after 2 minutes into the trailer. Unfortunately, the song is not played during the movie, and I'm pretty sure that it is not on the soundtrack. I have "extracted" the song and placed it on my website Tingle.mp3 (http://www.engin.umd.umich.edu/~bligeski/tingle.mp3) It is only about 470k, and there are some voice-overs over the song. I would greatly appreciate it if you could listen to it, and try to identify it.

I know the song, I think I might even have it on CD, but I can't remember the name, the band, I'm pretty sure, is Garbage.

I just did a search on Napster, and I couldn't find it though! (it only came up with 52 results of the same two songs)

If I can remember the song, I'll be sure to let you know!
