Which of the free ISPs out there don't use banners?

Category 1: Those that don't have banners at all.

Category 2: Those that do have banners, but don't require clicking at all.

My favorite in this category is Address.com

Category 3: Those that do have banners, but require clicking every so often to stay connected.
