Referring to electrical discharge. Still better to first shut down and than pull the cable? (It's no USB you know) Update: 1MB/s for 10Mbit and 5MB/s for 100Mbit network (in my case). No difference in IPX multiplay between 10 or 100Mbit. But a big difference while copying large games from one to the other system.
