How to delete protect cerain cookies?

I do clear out my temp internet files and cookies often,but I end up deleting all my forum cookies too,I would rather not.
How can I make it so these said cookies are not able to be deleted?

find the ones you don't want to delete and copy them then pastes them back after you delete the ones you don't want. Or select the ones you don't want to delete then invert the selection.

Well if you delete the source you copy from,I do believe it(the copy)is deleted too.

The whole point is that I have so many cookies at times that I do not want to look through hundreds of them to see which is which.
