I need a format of video that will download from a web site thu windows viewer, but not streamming as ASF apparently is, there for short training films mostly less then 1 minute, most of the downloaders only have 28.8 connections,and it buffers to much ( even 1 minute), and it wont replay by pressing play button, it just downloads again and they cant get a clean video to watch, Im new at web video as you can tell, what about AVI, format, I would like it to totally download then play and be able to be replayed and also saved for replay when they have time to watch, so any suggestions??, thanks
