sticky mouse

since installing a Winbond 10/100 network
card, as the mouse pointer goes across the
screen it will stick for a moment and then
carry on.
There are no conflicts in device manager

I've had the same problem with dayna 10/100 nics as well. I never found a solution, just had to take it out. Have you checked for the latest drivers?
