Looking to see if anyone has done this:
1st I'm using Wingate to share one modem for connectivity. What I'm wanting to do is to be able to go to any one pc and the e-mail messages will be the same as all other pc's. Don't know if this can be done. Basically just sync all e-mail and address books and bookmarks too. it would be cool for it to all be the same. I'm using IE4 but will switch to whatever works for this to happen thanks.

i'd say the only way you could do this would be to have one computer the server and always on then attach the workstations to the servers post office files and favorites folder. that way all the computers will see the e-mail that comes into whichever machine happens to get mail at any given time. you would need to do refreshes and program restarts to get the e-mails to show up in inbox.

I am on a trial of the internet sharing software "Fire Door",but I am sure it will work with Wingate, because the setting it just with the email software, I just set it to leave the message in the POP3 server, so the two computer can access the message without being downloaded to just one computer, then just clear the message later on if you don't want it wasting memory space on the POP3 server of your ISP. I can give you more detail of what I done, if you still what more info.

Thanks but I'd rather not have to go with leaving a copy of the messages on the ISP server. I've kinda given up on this. there should be an easier way though.
