PC to Mac Ethernet Not Working

I am using Netpresenz on my Mac and trying to
transfer files from the PC to the Mac. Every time
I try I get a message that says, "Could not post
the file because STOR command failed (Generic Error)
you may not have permission to write to this directory.
My Netpresenz settings say I do have permission. What can I do?

Dont know but my last file write error was because i had too many files on my root directory....
