I am running a server with NetWare 3.12. Should I have any NetWare related concerns about Y2K issues? Thanks! Ron

It Depends if you have been with updating your server with the latest patches from Novell. All of the y2k patches for Netware 3.12 are available on Novell's suport site. There is also the Novell 3.2 enhancement pack available for NW 3.12. This is will give you most of the current patches,
but you will still have to get the latest patches from novell's support site.

If you do not have any experience at applying patches to your system then I would recommend that you find someone who does have experience doing this. Appling novell patches can be very complex.

You also should check your hardware for y2k compatibility.I have worked with many businesses that have needed to upgrade their seven year old 386 server. I have found this a lot with small businesses, where their network is so reliable with NW 3.12 that they almost forgot they had a server, and they don't want to upgrade because they don't want to "Break" their perfectly running network.
