I guess he now knows, hell has no fury like a woman scorned. He deserves it, not for his wandering eye, but for thinking the third time would be different from the 1st & 2nd try

On a semi-related note:
A woman in Japan was arrested for murder of a neighbor who 'accidently' saw her naked. Seems she was passing by a window after getting out of the shower and he just happened to be walking by... She said she was "horribly embarrassed" that he had seen her. So... she killed him!

Go figure...

One theory about divorce or a breakup from a significant other has the situation as similar to a death. The most severe problem with this is there is NO closure for the parties involved. Persons have been observed exhibiting the same symptoms like denial, guilt, anger but without any real end to the pain. This person sounds a bit extreme, however without witnessing the preceeding events, judgement should be restrained. DrVette

COVINGTON, La. (Reuters) - A wife who accused her husband of eyeing another woman during church services on Sunday was charged with attempted murder after allegedly running him down in the family car, police said.

The injured man, Tushaun Jamel Thompson, 24, and his wife, Sedonia Renee Martin, 22, began arguing immediately after services at St. James Baptist Church when she accused him of having ``a wandering eye,'' St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office spokesman James Hartman said.

Thompson got out of the couple's car after Martin hit him and began walking down the road, Hartman said. Still angry, Martin allegedly sped toward her husband, missed him as he dodged, turned around for a second attempt and missed him again.

``But her third try was the charm,'' Hartman said. He said Thompson stood his ground in the middle of the road, convinced that his wife would turn at the last minute.

``She didn't, and the front of the vehicle collided with his upper legs and midsection, throwing him 20 feet into a ditch,'' the spokesman said.

Deputies at the scene described Thompson's injuries as moderate and not life-threatening. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A married New York woman was convicted on Monday of fraud and forgery after billing her illicit lover's $15,000 penile implant to her insurance company by claiming he was her husband.

A Manhattan jury took less than an hour to convict Jeane Lewis, 43, of the charges.

Her boyfriend, Andre Dovilas, 44, who also was charged, has fled to Haiti with the implanted evidence, officials said.

The plot unraveled when Lewis' husband was opening the mail and discovered bills and correspondence from the hospital and the urologist where Dovilas, pretending to be Lewis, had gone for treatment.

The husband alerted police and his wife's labor union, Local 1199, which represents and insures health care workers.

Lewis will be sentenced on June 15. She faces up to seven years in prison.
