I bought an ChainTech SiS530 M-ATX mobo to replace what I thorught was a dead mobo. Careully following all instrctions I have put this in an ATX case and am at the bare bones stage (AMD K-6-2 450Mhz CPU, 64Mb Mem, On Board Video) to see if maybe I had a bad power supply instead of a mobo. Power comes on the PS fan runs, the Heat Sink Fan on CPU runs, but no post. no video no nothin. I connected a speaker from my spare parts to see if I got any audible tones to help troubleshoot. A constant beep, beep, beep comes on when I turn on the power. Sound id like when a keyboard has a stuck key. I know that's not my problem because the system isn't even counting mem or even lighting up video. Help! Do I have a bad Power Supply?
