Look towards the search function present it works real well I use it frequently---you may be surprised how quick and easy it will provide you results, click here to check it out: http://www.sysopt.com/cgi-bin/forum/search.cgi?action=intro

Also look here or your manual that came with your board: http://www.asus.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/socketa/a7v/index.html

This question has probably been answered in previous posts but don't really have the patience to sift through thousands of posts.
I've been looking around for this info (on the asus page, internet sites, etc) but nothing is specific: the asus page say 1000 GHz+ . I have a T-bird 900 now but want to upgrade to the highest CPU possible with this mobo. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Mike

With the OFFICAL 1008 BIOS from ASUS. ALL Asus A7V's Rev 1.01 and up can goto 1.4Ghz 200FSB Processor....:-)

Note: if you get the 1.4Ghz 200FSB chip you much use jumper mode and manuall input the VCore, Freq Mult, and FSB!
