mobo suggestions

Hi, I am building a new PC for my sister. I will be using a EDIT 1GHz Duron or T-Bird EDIT and I need help choosing a good mobo. It will be a PC not for gaming, but just for office work.

I have built few PC's with ASUS A7V (quite a A good system) and A7A266 (OK but overheats).

Also price ranges from the lowest, to not above $130.

Suggestions appreciated.

is the PC Chips mobo stable? what about good temp monitorning???
