Gene C may be summer time up there in the northern Hem, but down under we are just going into winter and the demand goes up for Systems at this time of year , so they will be trying to cash in on us poor Joe's down here http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif and we already pay higher prices than the States anyway http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif

I know what you are saying. I have a supplier that I get from all the time. I called the last time the mem went up. and the 32 mb cost more than I had paid f/ 64's the week before.

I ask him why he went up. and he said everyone else had done it to him to. but, that's not the point. I might get 4/500. at a time. they buy big $$$$$. and still have a good size amount on hand. but, they will mark it up. for the profit.

like, well we got a pallet full now. if we sell only a few cases for the new updated price. we'll make as much as we paid for the whole pallet. talk about moderm day interprizeing. don't you just love it when we can stick it to the average buyer. and I didn't think I was going to be able to take that vaction after all.

Better mark them up another 5/10.00 a stick. I need a new shop fridge ect. this is what makes me mad and my behind sore.

but, it's still cheaper than I paid for a 1 mb simms in the late 80's. he he
