Iwill kk266 not recognizing USB ports?

I recall a web page that had a bunch of infor on this motherboard...anyone recall it or have a tip on getting the mobo to recognize the USB port? System is up an running rock solid stable but I went to install a web cam & compact card reader and it won't initiate the USB. Any help would be appreciated. (BTW both the web cam & card reader, a jumpshot, previously worked on another mobo)

Well ya' learn somethin everyday. Who woulda knew that Iwill's default is to have the USB ports turned off....Also found out that 3 sticks of ram does not work well on this mobo...I'll need to go back and read some more to see if there is a patch or something to make the mobo work with 3 sticks of 256mb.
