Power pack problem

When I plug in the power pack to the motherboard the power pack quits working and so does the fan on the power pack.

If I change the motherboard the power pack works fine but I dont get any video.

Can you help? Thank You Joe

Check to see if there is something shorting out the motherboard (either a loose wire or a screw dropped behind the motherboard and the inside of the case.
