I have an Asus Mobo, (A7PRO)
It has a 200Mhz FSB, my question is since it can be overclocked to 266FSB can I use 266FSB processors?
133Mhz OC has PCI at 33.33Mhz
Should be stable for cards, but will it support the CPU has anyone tried??
12.5x max and 133Mhz FSB max. voltage support is 1.075v -> 1.85
Thanks
You can always try. My friend with Abit KT7 (KT133 chipset, same as yours) runs 1 GHz T-Bird (133x9) pretty stable.

This board will definetly run a 266 fsb processor but there is no way to guarentee it will run stable.
If you tried this it would be a risk. I personally think the board should have no problem handling a 266 fsb processor but there is that chance it couldn't.
Basically its your choice whether its worth the risk.

I like that answer, well, when time comes I'll pick up chip and make sure I have enough for a new mobo, just looking for copper plates for water cooler if I can get duron over 1Ghz I'll wait.

I don't remember seeing anyone able to run a KT-133 chipset board much over 115 FSB so I don't know how you are going to hit 133. You would need at least a KT-133a chipset board for that.

Wedor, Thank you, I was actually looking to see if anyone has successfully done it, and if no one has hit over 115Mhz then it won't work.
