Soyo K7ADA.. Good board or Not?

I have a soyo 5ema+ now and haven't had any problems. The K7ADA is on sale at mwave for $92. http://direct.mwave.com/mwave/doc/a13001.html

I was looking at this board at a few sites and now that the price has dropped $20/$30 I'm thinking of getting it. I want a good MB and dont wanna pay $50 extra dollars just because its a "name brand" if you know what i mean. Any advise for me?
