I need to know exactly where you plug in your HSF that's on your processor. I can't get mine to power up and I just want to make sure that I'm at least plugging it in.

There should be a fan on the chipset on your motherboard,
Right next to where that fan is plugged in is a white 3 pin plug this should be where your HSF should be plugged in,
Take a good look it should have some letters next to it on the board something like CFAN, CPF.
