I bought an Elitgroup K7SEM mobo on ebay and it's DOA. Can't return it as seller contacted me directly and I have not won it on ebay http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif He doesn't respond to my e-mails either http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif So, I'm stuck with it and trying to revive if possible.
The problem is that with jumpers clearing CMOS in normal position (2-3), it won't boot at all. I tried removing the jumper, but it booted once or twice and then went dead again. I tried to flash the BIOS chip on other computer (actually a friend of mine helped me), but with the same result.
We tried I think everything: replacing processor, memory, putting an APG video card, replacing a battery...
Anybody has an idea what could be wrong?
