I have moved back home for the summer and I my modem connects slower then it had. I know the reason (excessive noise I think). I am now signing in about 36K instead of 44K. The odd thing is my downloads now are going about 8K/s where they used to go about 4K/s. Is this because the 36K connection is more stable? Another odd thing is my downloads are faster but web pages load slower. Any explanation would be appreciated
