I have heard good things about the Iwill KA266-R mobos.!
If you are not sure which board to buy, I suggest you check some sites with benches and reviews.. YOu can go to the user reviews here in sysopt and see if someone has any of these mobos.
You can also visit:
www.sharkyextreme.com (http://www.sharkyextreme.com)
www.tomshardware.com (http://www.tomshardware.com)
and check for motherboards reviews.!

Abit seems to get the highest overclocking, if the board isn't defective. They have poor quality control. I bought an Epox 8KTA3 and am very happy with it.

Depend if you're going to be overlocking or not. A good board for non overclockers is the ECS K7VZA. I have one with a duron 750 and am very satified with it so far, except that it has limited overclocking potential.

You forgot a couple great budget boards on your list, the FIC AZ11E (http://www.directron.com/az11e.html) , and the Abit KT7E (http://www.abit-usa.com/eng/product/mb/kt7e.htm) .
They are both great boards, but the KT7E is geared a bit more towards easier overclocking.

I'd look at MSI if you want a solid and extremely stable board. They're a little weak in the oc' department, just so you know.Anand has a must read review,if your interested. http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1487

Ahhh, shucks...one more VIA chipset glitch...
Read all about it here. (http://www.realworldtech.com/page.cfm?ArticleID=RWT062601091639&PageNum=2)
"...If this were not bad enough, VIA found itself in a controversy regarding the 686B South Bridge and data integrity that turned out to simply be a compatibility problem with the Creative Labs SoundBlaster Live! Card. However, there are now some reports that a manufacturing problem has surfaced with the KT133A chipset. Reportedly, all chipsets shipped since April are unable to operate reliably at 133MHz, causing VIA to offer to reimburse motherboard makers the difference in price between the KT133 and KT133A. Some motherboards with these bad chipsets have apparently been shipped, but VIA may have dodged a bullet due to the industry slowdown. Many of the larger manufacturers seem to have a lot of inventory, so most of the newly manufactured boards had not yet hit the street before the problem was discovered. Unfortunately, these motherboard makers are not happy that they now have a large stock of boards that cannot be sold for what they cost to make, so the offer by VIA is not good enough, and VIA likely does not have the funds to pay for actual losses."
And, I just bought mine...%@#$!

I recently purchased a Gigabyte 7ZX-1 board and I'm very happy with it. It's not good for overclocking but it's very reliable and my system has only crashed one time so I guess it is very stable. .!
