Total BIOS options

Might have been Sysopt not sure,
I was checking out something regarding
a setting and I came across a link (which I didn't go to or bookmark)which allows
you to see or unlock all of the bios options.
This information indicated that Main board
manufacturers (probably for good reason) mask
out certain settings(don't try this at home kind of thing).
I've done some searching but can't seem to come up with this url.
Anyone know of it?

One such program is TweakBIOS at http://www.miro.pair.com/tweakbios/

I downloaded and paid for my copy, but have been rather disappointed with the program. Many of the BIOS features I want to change is says are "not supported".
