Mother Board Problem

I noticed that I have this problem with my mother board. I have a FIC 503+ using Win98 and an AMD K62-350 Could someone give me an idea about what this is.

I have no idea at all BUT, the K6-2 350 does have a problem with one of the older Windows versions due to a timing conflict. This only affects the AMD 350mhz chip. Could this be your problem? I don't know but you might try running a search for some more info on this.
