At the 'Close Program' window, I see several applications I have no idea about. May you help me with them?

Rnaapp, Mediadet, Loadwc, Ctnotify, Deskmenu, Osa, Quickres, Systray, Ahqtb, Dmhkey.

I know that Ctnotify is the software that comes with a creative pc-dvd setup, and it detects if you have a dvd in your drive to start the dvd player software. Systray.exe is the System Tray thing that lets you put other icons and shortcuts in there, and thats about all I know about whats running in the background on your system.

Go to Start>Run>msconfig and go to the startup tab for a description of what you have running.

Rnaap = RNAAP.EXE (the Remote Network Access Application Program), which loads when you logon to the Net, and remains in memory long after you logoff - just in case you were disconnected and need to reconnect again, for example. http://www.pcforrest.co.uk/resources.htm
