ASUS A7V w/ AMD 1.2GHz, only getting 900mHZ?

Hey,

I just finished installing my new ASUS A7V with an AMD Athlon 1.2 GHz chip and the software that comes with it, PC PROBE, states that max speed is 1.2 but current speed is 900 MHz. During boot up I see this 900 Mhz also. Any idea on what I can do to get 1.2?
