Built P4 using intel 850. I rate it ****, good not prefect.
Not try ABIT for P4.

Intel frowns on overclocking. Abit and MSI are very OC friendly. Here's a review (http://www.hardocp.com/reviews/cpus/intel/p417/) of a P4-1.7G running at 2.075G on the Asus P4T. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

If you want a stable board with decent o/c potential, then I definitely recommend the Asus P4T. This board is used in nearly all online overclocking reviews of the P4, plus my experience with the P4T has always proven positive.
