Ok i need to buy a new motherboard again and i need some help to decide which one to get. The 8KTA2 has Via KT133 Chipset but the Abit has Via KT133E chipset...what is the difference between the two chipsets? They both have basically the same features but i can get the 8KTA2 for $80 and $5 FedEx Saver shiping but the KT7E is in the 100 dollar range.

Truth is most people outside of Via dont know much about the KT133e.
It seems speced the same as the KT133, but in all reviews I've read, it can perform at 266Mhz FSB (133Mhz DDR), which is the spec for the KT133a.
I've never used an Epox, but the general concensous from reviews seems that that anything before the 8KTA3 really isnt that good. However the 8KTA3 and 8KTA3+ are excellent boards. My advice is play it safe and get the KT7E. You'll also probably get 133Mhz FSB support for future chips - It's not spec'ed to do it, but it probably will.
I usually dont like commenting on things I really dont have that much info on, but seems like you want some advice, so thats all I can give. Maybe this'll kick it off for someone else who knows more about these boards.
