I have read several reviews about this board, from a bunch of different sites, but nobody seems to carry it. All the reviews were around the first of the year, and I have yet to see any retailer/reseller that knows anything about it. Was there some kind of problem with the design, or a compatability problem?
For the short and sweet, it's a mobo for an AMD processor, with DDR memory, and has an on board RAID controller.
I was wondering if anyone here has heard/seen anything about availability of this board.
Waiting patiently......desmo

At present, some of the DDR board manufacturers are dsclining with their DDR boards due to non buying support, and the boards maturing problems...

I think i mght know where you can get one but after reading that article you might want to reconsider ddr i sure am. Maybe you should wait for amd's next chip supposidly i will yield a greater performance gain from ddr. But if you still want to try and get one you can go to pricewatch and search for "7dxr" you will find a few all in the $200 price range. One but not any other of the companies describe that it will arive late may to early june. So i dont know if thats the only one that doesnt have it yet.
Good Luck http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Well, that explains quite a bit there Bovon, thanks..
Here I was still thinkin' that new tech stuff will be rolling out like it was a year ago, not thinking of the slowdown in the tech sector. Oh well... http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif
Spidey, I have an Iwill board now that I am getting going (KA266-R), and was maybe thinking of putting together another one with DDR, but I think I will wait for a while too. Although crucial seems to be dropping DDR prices almost daily now, I get their pricing alerts e-mailed to me and the last one I got showed PC2100 256 meg modules priced from 65 to 70 bucks. Dat's pretty cheap. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
