I have 2 Elpina motherboards. Both do not boot up at all. I inherited from previous system admin person. On back of board is 9803. On front is V1.2 -- Bios is Amibios chip with DC60934 printed on chip. Have Cyrix MII-300GP 66Mhz bus 3.5x 2.9v processor chips in both.
Looking for jumper settings to set voltage and/or location to find manual. I read previous posts and want to mention - I get no response from MB - no video - no floppy initialize - nothing but the fan.
(PS -- both could be bad but I have to know.)
Thank You

And once again, Elpina is as much of a mainboard maker as Goodyear is building cars.

They're a contract manufacturer of printed circuit boards, and their largest customer is PC-Chips. So I suggest you visit the PC-Chips Lottery and use the board-ID-O-matic search engine there to identify what exactly you have, and whether these are PC-Chips boards at all (most probably they are).

Thank you Peter. I had not seen the previous post about Elpina not being a motherboard manufacturer. I followed your advice and found I had a M572 motherboard from PCChips. Got the manual and sure enough, I found out someone had been playing with the voltage jumpers and put them on sideways. I corrected same and up she came.

Thanks Again,
