i have a hp 6355 i have put video ,memory ,does fine but still need more do i need to just get a new mother board or new cpu

Go to H-P's site to see the fastest cpu that motherboard will take. Probably not far or at least not as far as you want to go. Mr. Cranium gave excellent advice in the other thread: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?sku=MBM-TK7-850FS
Fast and cheap. This will be a noticable difference.
