What I would really like to hear is that the Alpha P3125 S is compatible with the Abit BE6-II and the Abit Slotket. I know I will loose one dim slot but that's ok.

I have an Alpha P3125 S on the way and would perfer not to have to return it.

Yep, I've seen this HS/F mounted on your board in some HS/Fs review a while ago, besides, it's also written here (http://www.inflowdirect.com/alphap3125s.html)
