I have a mobo that is supposed to be an
ECS M694. I didn't get drivers with
it, so I head to the ECS web site, only to
find out that they make no such mobo.
I can't get through to the vendor who
sold it to me and I can't find any
references to this board anywhere.

It's a socket 370 board based on the
VIA 82C694A & 82C596B, much like their
P6xxx series.

Does anyone know what this is that I have?

TIA...

The board I have is almost identical to
this one:

With the exception of a few missing
features...

Can't be. If yours has a 694X north bridge chip, then it's not an "P6VM" board. Must be a P6VX... then. If it's full size ATX, have a look at the P6VXA... series, if it's microATX, look at P6VXM... You get the idea.

Try www.ecs.com.tw (http://www.ecs.com.tw) for the full selection of what they make, and also have a look at www.pcchips.com.tw (http://www.pcchips.com.tw) - it's the same company, but the OEM business outlet rather than the retail business.
