During boot time a message "A fatal exception OE has occurred 0028:C15AED95 in VXD VSAP132 (01) + 00049AF5.

From here, I cannot do anything with the PC.

Actually what's wrong with my PC, is there anything to do with the motherboard or the CMOS setting.

what o/s are you running??? have you recently added memory or changed any settings?? does this happen EVERY time you boot? doesnt sound like a cmos setting or motherboard problem. seems like a software or memory issue. have you done any updates(winblows updates) b4 this happened??? have you messed around in the registry??? just need some more info. maybe a corrupt hard drive. can you run some virus software from dos or off the cd?? maybe norton if you have it. just a few ideas...good luck..

Can you boot into safe mode? If so uninstall your video card drivers & then let windows load plain vanila vga, reboot. It should come up with only 16 or 256 colors but you can take it from here. vxd=virtual device driver, any or all. checkum one at a time

Hi, Willie & Alaskan,
Thanks for the suggestions. Well, anyway, I think it has something to do with the with the downloading of some new software from the net and there is a conflict with one of the existing software. It really has nothing to do with motherboard or the cmos setting.

TQ again.

The Vsap.vxd is described as "Value Added Service Provider" virtual machine. It's almost certainly some program you just installed. Try uninstalling it from safe mode if possible.
