Also, In your "SoftMenu III" panel in BIOS, set your DRAM CLOCK to HLCK+PCICLK.
This will run your memory at 133mhz instead of 100mhz.
Set "Enhance Chip Performance" to "Enabled"
Set "Enable DRAM 4K Page Mode" to "Enabled".
This combined with the tweaks above should get you 525-550/575-600 ALU/FPU.

I have a 1 gig thunderbird and pc133 256megs and was wondering if anyone has some optimal settings. Im getting alu is at 395 and fpu is at 438. Occording to sisoft. And recomendations would be great!

Optimal is Turbo on all 3 banks, CAS2, and 4 way interleaving.
CAS2 may not work on all memory chips, but Turbo and interleaving will work on about all of em.
