Abit BH-6 What Bios upgrade to use

I have an ABIT BH-6 MB and the bios appears to be Award v4.51pg. How do I know which upgrade to use and where to find it? Also, what the upgrade will do for me? I have never done this before so I would hate to goof up my system. I've built simple systems before, but never flashed a bios.

I have 3 BH6 machines, 2 for me and 1 for my wife. The last BIOS update for the BH6 is located at www.abit-usa.com/english/index.htm. (http://www.abit-usa.com/english/index.htm.) Select "download", then "Bios Update", then "BH6" on the main page. You'll have to know what version BH6 motherboard you have. SS version is for version 1.01 and SP for 1.1 boards. You'll also need to download the Flash program, AWDFLASH.EXE at the ABit site.

It depends which BIOS version your computer currently has. But some of the added benefits from the BIOS update is using the newer Celeron II processors and using a hard drive over 20 GB.
