I have an Epox Mvp3 G5 motherboard, with an Award BIOS. I have search high and low but cannot find any real detailed information of what each setting is and what each is used for. The manual that came with the board just has the basic facts. I want to know more so I can optimize my system better. Thanks if anyone has any info.
