Microstar K7T Pro2-A (MS-6330)

[Luminance]

When I connected all my PCI cards, hard drives, cds, floppies, etc, and turned on the computer, it makes 1 beep, followed my an infinite loop of beeps. What does that mean?

Motherboard may be shorting with the case! Check to make sure that all the places where you have contact between the m/b and case plate is not shorting.
