Green line on top of screen with kt7-raid

What in the hell is going on? When I boot about 50% of the times I get a green line on top of the screen and the sys freezes. Any ideas or helpful tips????

Look for two files in the c:\windows\system\iosubsys folder named...drvwppqt.vxd and drvwq117.vxd(both of these files are Seagate virtual device drivers). If found, rename them with an .old extension and reboot. If these two files are on your system, they should be located in the iosubsys folder...but they could possibly be somewhere else, so do a search for them just in case.
