I bought a cheap system off ebay - came with an AMD k62-350 chip - being as I had a 450 laying around - I decided to swap them. Well, the heatsink/fan was glued onto the 350, and it kinda was in the way of the Zif lever.. so I had to bend it out a little to clear the edge of the hs/f - well it snapped right off. Now, all thats left of the lever is a little nub - which try as I might, I cannot get it to close all the way - I have an old mobo laying around - anyway to replace the zif?, do they come apart, could I just replace the top portion?
