Do I need a new Motherboard?

I presently have a P2 350 on a SCE(Superpower Computer Elec.)motherboard and I have been thinking about upgrading my system.
I thought I would start with my CPU and motherboard. I possibly will go with a P3 750mg and was curious about what would be an excellent MB to go with. What would be a real good top of line MB to go with.

What style of case do you have? Keeping the same motherboard, you could most likely get to a 600 (not 600E, not 600B, not 600EB).

If you have ATX, get a new motherboard from either Asus (www.asus.com) or Abit (www.abit-usa.com) and replace your current one. There are many different ATX models for various needs (ISA, no ISA, 3/4 DIMMs, 4 IDE channels, etc.).

If it's not ATX, and you want to get a faster motherboard, get a new case. They aren't that expensive.
