Definite improvement. Simpler, better organized. Also, I'm glad you chose not to go w/ a background. Not that your last one was bad, but it gets hard to manage the foreground to keep the background from interfering (color and readability-wise).

Don't listen to Web Site Garage. "Poor" rating, my [backside].

The main reason you got a "poor" rating is due to load time I'm guessing. and that is GREATLY effected by how fast the "banners" are served up! But that is something you have to deal with on the free hosting sites.

I too like the New page better.
